THIS week Katy asked:
“I worry I’ll never find Mr Right. Do you think there’s someone for everyone?”
What I share today will be unlike any other relationship advice you’ve ever heard. It requires an open mind and heart. But it will bring you clarity.
The subject of love is really about vibration. Now, before you go and get all Fifty Shades on me, I’ll explain. Basically, (whether you believe in it or not) the law of attraction is always operating. Whichever ‘vibration’ you put out into the Universe with your thoughts and feelings, you get back.
Esther Hicks through the Teachings of Abraham explains it further, “Everything that everyone desires is for one reason only: that they believe they will feel better in the having of it”. Relationships are no exception. The key is to feel better within yourself first before the new person can appear.
So the “Following Your Bliss” card from Denise Linn’s Gateway Oracle deck is perfect. It depicts a girl playing a flute with a unicorn. She clearly doesn’t have a care in the world and is doing what she loves. She epitomises joy. I’m not suggesting you take up the flute (or develop an unhealthy obsession with unicorns), unless that makes you feel happy. The point is she is happy and free without another soul around.
The irony of this, and getting back to your question, is that when you live from this place of bliss, people want to be around you. You emit a positive ‘vibration’ that is intoxicating and irresistible.
Tips for taking your focus off Mr Right so Mr Right can enter your life:
- Place the focus back on you – what makes your inner being happy?
- Notice what ‘vibes’ you are emitting.
- Let happiness be your aphrodisiac – there’s nothing more attractive than a person having fun.
- Remember – you might as well feel good on your way to attracting a mate.
For many who are ready for companionship and don’t yet have it, the waiting game can seem torturous. But it doesn’t have to be.
So, yes I believe there is someone, probably several someones, who are a vibrational match to you.
If you follow this advice, you may be so preoccupied with enjoying your life that Mr Right will have to tap you on the shoulder!
