This monthly podcast is the brainchild of Kris Evans and myself, who will be talking all things motherhood–the good, the bad, the ugly, and everything in between! Each episode will focus on giving mothers simple solutions to everyday problems. The goal is to:
- provide insights
- easy-to-do practices
- new ways of thinking, and
- practical tools to help mothers navigate the biggest role of all, motherhood.
My co-host, Kris Evans is a wife and mum to two gorgeous girls, Anna 7 and Kate 4. In 2015, Kris founded Mummy Jobs Australia and her Facebook group to deliver services and products to support mums in gaining career confidence and advancement, regardless of whether they were returning to work for the first time or transitioning between jobs.
I am an author, columnist, Reiki practitioner, angel intuitive, copywriter, speaker, and mother to Leo 9 and Eva 6. My book Messages from the Heart: 39 Answers to Your Life Questions, is based on my advice column “Ask Sharon” and answers questions about health, wellbeing, relationships, money, work, and happiness.
